High Performance Hot-melt Adhesive Web

Hot Melt Adhesive Web, also know as mesh or net in some regions, is constructed by using meltblown and spunbond methods to form a fluffy, porous fiber mesh structure(resembles non-woven fabric) from thermo-plastic Copolymer ingredients such as Co-polyamide,(PA), Co-polyester(PET), thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) or Ethylene Vinyl Acetate(EVA).The finish form is in rolls with different width and weight. It can be activated with heat, like flatbed lamination machine, heat roller, hot press, heated air etc. Comparing with other forms such as powder adhesive, hot-melt web is more clean and easier to handle in the whole operation processing.

With versitile vantages of good air-permeability(breathable), soft and flexible, high viscosity and bonding strength, good resistance to washing and dry laundry, this web adhesive has been widely choosen as bonding materials in fields of aotomotive,transport, clothing and footwear, textile and interlining etc.

Hot-melt adhesive films and web has been seen as LOW VOC ADHESIVE(volatile organic compounds), which are emitted from solids or liquids. Research shows that some chemical materials(bio-based material,plasticizer resistance, flame retardant) may have short or long term effects on human health and environment. In automotive industry, more and more OEM and manufactures search for low VOC bonding solutions.
