Medical Textiles
Made of polyester as the main raw material, PES Hotmelt Adhesive Film offers high-temp.stability (180–200°C) for industrial lamination and molding processes, with exceptional resistance to moisture, chemicals, and hydrolysis, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its compatibility with textiles, metals, and synthetic substrates enables seamless bonding in automotive interiors (e.g., headliners, EV battery insulation), functional sportswear, and medical textiles.
Customizable properties, including low-temperature activation (110–130°C) and flame-retardant additives, combined with solvent-free, ISO-compliant production, make PES hot melt adhesive satisfactory adhesion to a variety of materials, such as metals, ceramics, fabrics, wood, plastics, rubber, etc., significantly improving efficiency and productivity, and lowering labour cost.
Main Features:
- Secures interior trim components (e.g., headliners, dashboards) with vibration-resistant adhesion.
- Enables wrinkle-free bonding of functional sportswear linings and waterproof outdoor gear.
- Replaces stitching in medical fabric composites, enhancing hygiene and comfort.
- Integrates shoe uppers, midsoles, and reinforcements with rapid curing for high-volume assembly.
- Bonds aluminum foil to insulation materials in HVAC and packaging systems.
- Facilitates lightweight composite structures in aerospace and marine industries.
