What is a Baffled FIBC Bulk Bag?
Baffled Bag, also know as Q-bag, or Form-stable, is an interior reinforced version FIBCs. This structure significantly enhance the stabilization and stackability, largely reduce risks of bulging, collapsing, and toppling over in filling, discharging, transportation and storaging.

What is a Baffle?
In FIBCs, a Baffle usually refers to an additional component in forms of a net panel or strings sewn in the four cornners of the interior bulk bags, reinforcing and retaining the bulk bags in square or rectangular shape in transportation and storaging.
What benefits does a Baffled structure bring to Bulk Bags?
1. Retaining the shape
Normal structure Bulk Bags may probably dulge or belly when fully filled, espcially when the loading is uneven, and this is with greater risk of bursting, collapsing or toppling over during transportation and storaging.
However a Baffled Bag would significantly avoid these risks due to the reinforcement of the baffle panel, and help retain bulk bags in square or rectangular shape.
2. Improved stability
By creating internal compartments or chambers, Baffles help to distribute the weight of the contents more evenly across the bag, improving its overall stability.
The stable shape provided by Baffles makes Baffle Bags easier to stack. This stability is essential for efficient storage and transportation, as it reduces the risk of bags toppling over.
3. Enhanced Load Performance
By preventing the Bulk Bag from bulging, Baffles distribute the load more evenly, which can enhance the bag's overall strength and load capacity. Baffles can also help to improve the flow of materials within the bag, reducing the likelihood of bridging or caking, which can make it difficult to empty the bag completely.
4. Enhanced Efficient space utilization
Due to square or rectangular shape, the Baffled Bulk Bags are more likely be neatly fit and stacked, and maximum utilize the storing space, reduce space waste and impove logistics efficiency.

What types of Bulk Bags are most common bafffled?
1. 4-Panel Baffled Bag
This is the most popular style of Baffled FIBC Bulk Bag, commonly built with 5 pieces of fabrics, 4 side panels and 1 base panel (sewn together). The Baffled 4-panel bulk bag can properly hold square or rectangular shapes after being fully filled (usually better than U-Panel type). However, due to large amount of stitching holes, 4-panel FIBC bulk bag has a greater risk of leakage than other construction types.
2. U-Panel Baffled Bag
Resembling as letter “U”, U-panel FIBC Bulk Bag applys one piece of fabric fully shaping the bottom and two sides of the bag. The other two sides are usually sewn with two additional pieces of fabric. U-Panel is an industry standard and the most popular type. After being filled, the U-Panel baffled bulk bag is more likely to maintain a square or rectangular shape with the help of the baffles.
3. Circular Baffled Bags
Also known as Tubular Bulk Bags. Constructed with two main body components: a whole piece fabric as the body tube sewn with a base panel. After fully filled, this type bags resemble somewhat like a square or rectangular shape rather than like it’s name as circular shape.
Bojin BR6721 is specially designed for constructing FIBC Bags, Bulk Bags, Big Bags, Ton Bags. Excellent adhesion and strength, long-lasting holding power, resists abrasion, scuff and tearing, seamlessly bonding the Inner Liners(e.g. aluminum liner) and the Outer Bags. Keep the liner layer integrity and better prevent moisture and oxygen.
