High Strength Bi-directional Filament Tape BR8951

BR8951 is a general purpose high strength clear cross filament tape. The biaxially continuous fiberglass yarns provide added reinforcement in both longitudinal and transverse direction. The backing PET film offers good resistance to impact, abrasion, moisture and scuff. BR8951 is applied with speciallly developed synthetic rubber adhesive which not only provides excellent initial and permanent adhesion, but also performs well in bonding various surfaces and substrates including fiberboard, plastic and metallic. 

BR8951 has two surface versions: clear or printed. The clear cross filament tape ensures the printings or illustrations on the box to be seen through; The printed version allows customized patterns on the tape. 

Recommended Applications:

The combinations of reinforcement, backing and adhesive ensure good resistance in both machine direction and cross direction, and make the tape ideal for general purpose strapping, securing and reinforcement works.
